CURRENT CASES
CAMP LEJEUNE
In North Carolina, Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base is home to over 34,000 people. It is the largest Marine Corps base on the East Coast, which means it is integral for Marine expeditions. Unfortunately, this coastal encampment had a serious problem in the past: contaminated water. The Camp Lejeune water contamination from 1957 through 1987 led to links between the contamination and serious illness in residents. Those exposed to the toxic substances may be entitled to compensation for their losses. Researchers have linked toxic water consumption with very serious illnesses and the health conditions listed below:

HAIR RELAXER
New research from the National Institute of Envrionmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) has found that hair straightening and relaxing products may increase the risk of uterine cancer. Over the course of the 11-year study, it was discovered that women who use chemical hair straightening products develelped uterine cancer at twice the rate of those who did not.

Our nationally recognized mass tort attorneys are investigating claims involving certain chemical hair straighteners and their link to uterine cancer. If you have developed uterine cancer after using Dark & Lovely, Just for Me, Cantu Shea Butter or other manufactured Relaxers, you may be entitled to financial compensation.
